How we check providers
What we look for in your coaching.
We look for programming planned at least 12 months ahead, and coaching that adapts to you. Our quality checks would review the plan and how coaches adjust, progress and regress exercises during sessions.

Before you join
What to ask before you start.
Start with who will teach you, how much help you’ll get and whether the sessions fit your week.
I’ve never lifted weights. Who will show me what to do?
Look for an introduction that covers the equipment and exercises, then check what help you’ll get in an ordinary session. Ask how many people share the coach and whether you’ll follow your own programme or the same workout as the class.
Should I choose a group or a personal trainer?
In a one-to-one appointment, the coach’s time is yours. In a group, you share their attention. Ask about group size, exercise adjustments and whether you get an individual programme. A class name alone won’t tell you how much coaching is included.
What if I need help between sessions?
Look for specifics: can you message the coach, when can you expect a reply, and are check-ins or programme reviews included? Some services provide help only during the session. The profiles show those differences.
What should I check before I sign up?
Check the session times you can actually attend, the minimum term and the notice needed to cancel. Ask the provider about current prices and any extra charges. Use the profile to prepare for that conversation.
Does a listing mean you’ve visited the business?
No. Current listings use provider-published or directly confirmed information. “Assessed” would mean Women’s Strength has also visited, met the team and observed their coaching. The current profiles use provider information. No assessment or training recognition has been awarded.
